CRICKET ACADEMY

For Boys & Girls Ages 6-14 yrs

Begins July 11, 2026

The CSA 6-week Cricket Academy for boys and girls ages 6–14 is a fun, non-competitive program where kids learn cricket through small-sided games in a positive, no-pressure environment.

Children ages 6 to14 are provided six, 1 hour weekly sessions, combining individual skills and game coaching (separated by age groups).

Across the program, players will develop batting skills (grip, stance, timing, and controlled hitting), running between wickets and calling, and confidence facing the ball. They will also learn fielding skills including picking up, stopping, catching, accurate throwing, bowling, field positioning, teamwork, and simple decision-making. Throughout the program, the focus is on fun, confidence, and teamwork, with every player given repeated opportunities to bat, bowl, and field in an inclusive environment where learning happens through playing. Using tennis balls for safety and confidence, players are grouped by ability (ages 6–9 and 10–14) and stay actively involved throughout every session.
